​I  offer sessions on Skype and on the telephone. This can be a real help for you if you are feeling too unwell to travel and need to find help in the comfort and safety of your own home. No time is wasted on journeys or parking.

If you need hands on support I can often find that and coordinate other treatments such as acupuncture for you where you are.
Hypnosis for Childbirth

This is something I have done for almost 30 years . I started with an Ericksonian method long before it was used by others.

Births tend to take between 4 and 5 hours start to finish and are comfortable and peaceful.

I work with both members of the couple and provide your own recording so that you can practice and enjoy the birth of your baby. There has never been a birth longer that 5 hours when I have used this method.

I treat most people on Skype or on the telephone and make frequent computer contact. If you are local to me I sometimes make home visits but my clients are all over the world.

If you need some hands on treatment where you are I can usually come up with a treatment plan and coordinate that so that you get what you really need. I offer a 10 or 15 minute free chat so that you can see if you want to work with me. If you decide that you do then we make an appointment and have a long first session which might happen all at once or over a few shorter meetings. I need to know how the treatment is going and get some updates, and this time is included in the first session fee.

Mindfulness Meditation

As a life long meditator I have run meditation groups and helped individuals with their practice for as long as I can remember.  Mindfulness now is is known to be of enormous benefit and to actually change the way the brain works. It is used for all kinds of anxiety and mental dis harmonies. Mindfulness is now used  in and out of the health services and is so much better than taking medications to relax and get out of a low state. It is a profound and beautiful way of learning to bring peace and joy and greater abundance into your life.

​I can work with individuals, but I also teach this in the workplace. Relationships there improve rapidly as does productivity and self esteem. I will work with any group .
